Delivery Costs
Our delivery cost for UK Orders under £60 is £3.95.
We offer FREE UK delivery on all orders over £60.
The above cost is for Royal Mail 2nd Class postage. If you want to upgrade to a quicker delivery option please call us in the shop on 0131 665 0461 before placing your order.
If outside the UK please contact us at info@blueberrygifts.co.uk for postage costs before placing your order.
We aim to post orders within 2 working days however this may vary at busy times like Christmas.
Free Collection from Store available
We will notify you by email as soon as your order is ready to be collected. This is usually the next working day.
Collection is offered during normal opening hours only.
Packaging
We get lots of packaging from our suppliers so will try and reuse this as much as possible. This enables us to both keep costs as low as possible for your delivery but also do our bit for the environment.
Returns
If you are not happy with your order you are able to return this to us within 14 days of receipt.
All items must be returned in their original packaging and in saleable, non-used condition.
A refund of the item will be provided within 7 days of receipt. Please note that postage is non refundable.
Parcels are returned at your own cost and as such, we strongly recommend you obtain proof of postage from the Post Office as we are responsible for the item only once it has been received by ourselves. Items lost in transit shall not be treated as returned.
Goods should be returned to Blueberry Gifts, 59 High Street, Musselburgh, EH21 7AB.
